Drupadas priests intervention,sanjaya was asked by Dhrutharashtra to go to pandavas and pacify them.Sanjaya reached Upaplaavyamu wher pandavas were staying.Dharmaraju welcomed him whole heartedly and enquired regarding what their father,dhrutharashtra told them.sanjaya started telling what he was supposed to tell them as per the directions of Dhrutharashtra.
As per Gods wish we are safe as on now.you know about everything,what is right and what is wrong.it is not right on your part to belittle yourselves by doing cheap things.you cant say for sure who would win and who would lose in a war.they are not definite.you are left with nothing at the end of it all.even if you win, what happiness one can find,after all the kith and kin are relinquished in the
war.?you are not a common man.even. Duryodhana is not a simple man. Both are great people.even LORD SIVA can do no harm. He would be left speech less before them.
Please think again. How nice it would be if both of you can find truce and live happily together again.come out of your anger,illwill and unhappiness for once.think cool!
